1. Information we process
When you use the free AI Visibility Checker analysis tool, the URL you enter is used to run the check and inspect publicly available page signals. Analysis URLs are not stored as permanent customer records.
For the visibility improvement workflow, we may process the submitted website, report email, selected payment method, TXID/payment hash, order ID, creation time, browser information and a security-purpose IP hash.
2. Where information is stored
This frontend-only site does not store local checkout, payment or package database records. It is stored in server-side files outside public_html. The admin panel reads those files to update order status.
3. Purpose of processing
- To receive your order and payment notification.
- To process and track your crypto payment notification.
- To manage the AI score improvement work and 30-60 day status report process.
- To let you check your order status with your order ID and email address.
- To protect the service from abuse and maintain record integrity.
4. Payment information
AI Visibility Checker does not collect credit card or bank card details. When crypto payment is selected, only the TXID/payment hash is collected to support payment status tracking.
5. Cookies and third-party services
The site may create technical logs for operation, security and performance. If external analytics, advertising or payment providers are connected later, this policy will be updated.
6. Information sharing
Your personal information is not sold. It is not shared with third parties except where required by law, security needs or technical operation of the service.
7. Retention
Order records may be retained for a reasonable period to manage service delivery, support and possible disputes. Records that are no longer needed may be periodically removed.
