These terms apply to the public AI Visibility Checker site, free scanner, guidance pages and links to the external workspace.

1. Scope of the service

AI Visibility Checker provides free tools that analyze how readable and discoverable websites are for AI search systems, crawlers and technical SEO signals. The AI Score Improvement service uses active plan credits to add websites and start work on AI crawler access, llms.txt, schema, sitemap, entity clarity and machine-readable AI visibility and SEO signals.

2. No result guarantee

AI Visibility Checker reports and the AI Score Improvement service focus on improving technical and content discovery signals. Visibility, ranking, citation or traffic in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI or any other platform is not guaranteed.

3. Paid service and plan process

  • AI Score Improvement and AI Answer Tracker usage is managed through plan credits in the dashboard.
  • After a plan purchase, the relevant usage credits are assigned to the user account.
  • If the payment gateway is disabled or pending activation, the plan order may appear as pending in the dashboard.
  • AI Score Improvement requests are created from the dashboard and their status is tracked from the dashboard.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for submitting the correct website, email address, payment method and workspace transaction reference. Transfers sent through a wrong crypto network, missing or incorrect workspace transaction references and third-party wallet errors are the user’s responsibility.

5. Cancellation and refunds

For mistaken or duplicate payments, contact info@aivisibilitychecker.io. Once service work has started, refund requests are reviewed case by case. Lack of AI result visibility alone is not a refund reason.

6. Abuse

You may not use AI Visibility Checker tools for automated abuse, spam, attacks, unauthorized data collection or excessive requests that harm the service. Access may be limited when necessary.

7. Limitation of liability

AI Visibility Checker is not responsible for indirect damages arising from analysis inaccuracies, third-party AI platform decisions, search engine changes, payment network delays or incorrect information submitted by the user.
